Required Documents for Admission

Please bring the following documents (originals AND certified copies) when you visit our admissions office:

• ✅ Birth Certificate — original + 2 certified copies
• ✅ 4 Passport-Size Photographs — recent, white background
• ✅ Medical/Immunisation Records — up-to-date vaccination card
• ✅ Parent/Guardian National ID — Tanzanian NIN or valid passport
• ✅ Previous School Report Card — last 2 terms (transfer students only)
• ✅ Transfer Letter — from previous school (transfer students only)
• ✅ Completed Application Form — downloaded and filled in advance
